Welcome to the Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District's Online Pre-Registration Page.
To register, please submit the online form and the required registration forms (attached below) along with the documents listed below.

Our district welcomes registration for all students grades PK-12 who reside within Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery. Additionally, students in grades 9-12 from West Point and Garrison can enroll.

**Important- all students must be up to date with their immunizations to register for school in NYS.

To Register you will need:

  • Complete all registration forms (attached below) and the online pre-registration.
  • Proof of age for child such as passport or birth certificate
  • Most recent physical
  • Up to date immunization record
  • Photo ID of parent/guardian-only a parent or legal guardian can register a child for school
  • Proof of custody or guardianship, if applicable
  • Submit three proof of residency forms. All documents must be in the name of the parent or guardian registering the child. Any three of the following:
  1. Current lease or mortgage statement or deed
  2. School tax bill
  3. Current utility bill; electric or gas or water or cable or internet
  4. Paystub
  5. Valid drivers license-must show physical address-no PO boxes accepted
  • Last report card
  • Students with special needs: Copy of IEP
